  • Monitors phone line and reports line loss
  • GPRS monitoring backed up by standard phone line during failure
  • Wireless connectivity – not reliant on phone lines
  • No addition call costs through GPRS communication
  • Upload/download feature
  • Requires dedicated GPRS module connected to alarm panel ($445+GST to supply and install if required)

IP Monitoring

  • Med – High security monitoring
  • Security system communicates to monitoring station every 120 seconds
  • Monitors IP line and report IP loss
  • IP monitoring backed up by standard phone line during failure
  • No additional call costs through IP communication
  • No additional call costs through IP communication
  • Requires dedicated IP module connected to alarm panel
    (cost varies to type of alarm panel, from $470 to $840 to supply install)
